The only issue I can report is that the packaging is not sturdy enough for shipping heavy parts. I ordered a flywheel, for instance, and it arrived damaged because the teeth had punched through the cardboard box.

Found the MDI Super Rag Prep Towels on Autoplicity's website. They were exactly what I wanted for our shop. Ordered 2 boxes and they were shipped form different locations and received a couple of days apart.

Finding and applying the part was fairly easy. Not real crazy about the shipping insurance though. I think it protects you more than me. If it get lost in shipping, I cancel the charge. Most major credit cards have that built in.

Awesome experience. Price of my purchase was $30 cheaper than everyone else for the same exact product. Shipping was fast and the communication about the shipping was excellent. I'll certainly will be purchasing again. Keep up the awesome customer service.
