excellent service, i had to wait a few days for the order to be processesed, but only because i ordered on Friday afternoon, but love the site!

Excellent prices, but after a week and a half of hearing nothing I called to find out that my item, the customer service rep said it had been back ordered and I would receive an email once it shipped...my item arrived the next day and I received the shipping email four days later, no big deal just takes a while to get items, but you cannot beat the prices!

This was my  first purchase from Autoplicity, and it was an excellent experience. They had the Motive brake bleeder adapter I needed at the best price I could find on the web. Shipping was prompt and the transaction was super smooth. Thanks!
