These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

Had the product I needed at a price that couldn't be beat. The shipping was a little high, but not completely out of line, either, and it was still better than other companies who have even MORE ridiculous shipping rates. Will buy from them in the future if they have what I need.

Took a long time to ship. But was a great deal for the price of the product will order again.

Was linked here by Amazon.  I found the absolute best price on the item I was looking for, I had a confirmation as soon as I ordered it, and shipping as prompt.  I would definitely recommend these guys and will be shopping here myself in the future.

Great prices, reasonable shipping costs.  Shipped within 3 days of order.  Didn't receive discount for valid coupon code (25OffShipping).  No response to 2 emails.  No indication of expected delivery date.  Lots of unknowns but you can't beat the pricing.

Item arrived promptly (4 days after order), price was good and item was as described.
