Product was as described and after calling the office, received the item the next day. Slow start in delivering, but after a call, it went smoothe. Thanks for the fast response after bringing to their attention that it was not here and late. Would buy from again. A flute can happen. People are not perfect and they made an effort to get me the package next day. Best price on the internet.

Very upset that the first pedestal we purchased for $300 was damaged and that we cannot get a refund.
We had to purchase another pedestal smaller size for $258.
The slider for the new pedestal is not in stock .
Not very happy !
