Your web site needs more information on products. I called Customer Service for information and the woman who helped me was awesome. Kind, informative and continued through many hoops to find the information I was looking for. Information I might add, that should be in the description on the web site!

When I ordered my part from Autoplicity I realized that I had double ordered. I called the 800# and reported the problem. The person I spoke to was very helpful, and corrected my order. I also received my order the next day. Very thankful.
