This was a nice website that offered the part that I wanted with a quick service. The customer service is great. This is a very caring company and care about their customers. They do what it takes to make them happy. I will definitely always check this site when looking for parts in ther future.

Ordered a set of 5 steel wheels, distributor messed up and only sent me 4. 5th wheel is taking a good couple weeks to arrive due to the distributor messing up the shipment. Autoplicity did make things right and I can honestly say now I would recommend them.

- Updated review -<br>Autoplicity.com contacted me after my original review and admitted to making a mistake with my order. They have refunded my shipping and I am happy now.<br><br>- Original review -<br>After 18 days the part finally arrived. The filter appears to have been sent directly from K&N, but I ordered on the 20th of June, yet the packing date that K&N Engineering Inc. shows is July 3rd.
