I am very satisfied with the order/delivery/and overall quality of the product.
I emailed a small problem with a broken plastic end cap on the handle end. I used the email about the shipment from autoplicity to reply about the problem.
I have also found a problem with a missing washer that goes on the support tube prior to installing the step assembly. Couldn't find it in the package.
I haven't received a reply. It is a small problem.
