Tracking information indicated that the package was delivered and sit on the front porch, it was not, it was in my mailbox. That's only a minor issue, everything is all good.

The box the item was shipped in was damaged and the foam tape that was supposed to come with the tonneau cover was missing. When I called in to tell them, i was told I need to take pictures and send a claim to the shipper to get the entire order replaced. Tried to explain that I was only looking to see if they could send the missing tape. Person was confused and said that I need to send a picture of missing item!?
