The only downside was that the part wasn't correct for the application, otherwise there's absolutely no complaint.

I received my order quickly, however, the end of the box was open and the two rocker panel covers were missing. All that was in the box was a package of rivets and installation instructions. Although this would normally be considered a carrier issue, the stapled box had previously been opened, and then taped back up by Autoplicity prior to shipment. The tape appears to have failed, causing the product to fall out of the box at some point in time during transit. It appears that I was shipped a product that was previously returned, and poorly repackaged. I received an automated reply from Autoplicity after sending them an email with photos of the packaging. The next business day I received a response stating that the issue is under review, and I'll be receiving a response within one more business day. I continue to wait patiently for the issue to be resolved.

Saved me $150 over Mopar brand fan assembly for my 2005 300C 5.7 HEMI. Delivery was extremely quick, the part was a perfect fit, and working as expected. Thank you!!!
