The picture on your site wa incorrect which lead me to order the wrong part. I am still trying to get a return label from customer service but only receive an email that a ticket was opened and nothing else. I ordered the correct part and I am waiting on return label for the incorrect part. Other than that ordering was fast and easy!

I received the product before I got the tracking information. Luckily, I live in a house, with neighbors far from me. Most customers would like tracking at the time of shipping. Only to ensure expectations and accommodations can be made if they do not own a home. I only raise this issue up as I can see foreseen issues with stolen packages. Your equipment is high quality and has high value.
Thank you very much.
