Delivery was quick and on time but the customer service rep had no knowledge of the product and also said you did not have it at all

It was the first time I bought something from Autoplicity.com and it's exactly what I ordered.
Arrived at a reasonable time and put it to good use right away.

Process was very easy...although color selection was limited and the part seem to be a much less rigid material than the part it was replacing...not sure how it will stand up over time.
