called sales to add 2 tires phone connection broke up i repeatedly asked for him to call me back ... regardless -even if he didnt hear me he had my original 2 tire order with my phone #...the issue is i called ack 3xc got the next in line msg- then a recvording stating that person was not available and the mailbox wouldnr accept any messages ..i then called back 2 more times permanent hold ..... no answer...i gave up and reordered online ..my concern was i wanted rep to let whse know to combine the orders as were only 1 hr apart..... it was obvious he screened and blocked my call back after our disconnect!

I got exactly what i ordered. I went with autoplicity because they had the cheapest price for the royal purple filter i wanted. However 7$ shipping was a ridiculous an it wasnt even 2day shipping. So price of product 5 stars, shipping price 2 stars, deliver time 3 stars.
