When I ordered my polar kit, the picture on the Internet shows a complete set of at least nine pieces, what I received was the center bolt of the puller, I wasn't going to pay a total of $47 for one bolt and I don't understand why the picture shows a (puller set) and I received only one bolt, when I called we got the return handled very well, but I asked for a service counter or a parts representative something so that I could order the set that I wanted the gal on the phone just couldn't handle getting that done, so after 30 minutes on the phone trying to explain to her what I wanted I gave up and I ordered the part from someone else, I guess my question is why does the Internet site show a puller set for I believe $37.20 And all you get is a bolt, that's very deceiving and it wasted my time and money because I had to pay to send the part back, maybe that something you should look into, otherwise the delivery time was excellent
