I placed an order and a couple days later it was canceled. My credit card was charged for the purchase and has yet to be refunded. Christmas is a week away and I have not been able to order the item elsewhere because I need this credit to purchase said item. I will never use this site to order an item nor will I refer anyone else to do so. Very disappointed!!

Ordered a couple K&N oil filters for my bike and they were the cheapest by far. The order arrived quickly and exactly as promised. They kept me informed of the status all the way. i would definitely buy from them again! Ed
