The problem I had was no tracking info or shipping notice was ever sent. The item arrived quickly but because no shipping notice was sent I became concerned that there was a problem with my order. BTW: the product I received worked great.

Shipping screen will not allow me to have a different billing address then shipping address... screen just kept freezing telling me to enter an address in over and over even though I did.
