The customer service rep I was able to speak to very helpful and was able to email me an actual image of the product that I wanted before purchasing instead of the generic image that was being used on the website

Good price , easy order, and free shipping so I thought why not give it a try.  Just in time for spring oil changes on lawn mower and tractor.

As reported to Dawn in Customer Service: [1] Fedex bungled the delivery, letting the package sit for 3 rainy days outdoors in an unused area of the property and [2] the mufffler had a 1.5" inward dent. I provided 4 pictures and a full account of the 2 issues and asked for a cordial settlement in the form of an unspecified refund proportionate with those issues. Instead, I received an near-full refund. I was so impressed, I called and thanked Dawn for the exemplary handling of the matter. I gave a technical 3-star rating in regard to the product's condition. More importantly and except for that, I gave a well-deserved 5-star rating. Thank you.

Ordering was easy... Now to see how long it takes to get it

Paypal link doesn't work properly. Makes checking out feel unsecured. I tried to call and the representative just said "if you can figure out the online order that would be great because I have 8-10 other customers waiting that need help..." Not a very cozy feeling when it comes to customer support.

Easily found what I was looking for. Arrived quickly. Unfortunately, although the website said the product fit my car, it didn't. In fact the label on the product (pedal pads for Mazda Miata) indicated they were for a later version of the car, even though the website indicated they'd fit.
Customer service was very responsive and refunded my money right away.

I'll start off saying that Autoplicity's prices are unbeatable...but, I placed my order on a Saturday night (which I know is the weekend)on a in stock part and it took them till the following Thursday to ship it out. I use my truck to make a living and was hoping to get it a little quicker, but now I'm down another 3-4 days till the part gets here. Also, I sent a e-mail on Tuesday evening regaurding my order and never got a response.
