Order was quick and easy. Unfortunately, when I received my order it was not the part I thought I would receive. The part pictured online made it hard to tell what the actual part was. And description of the part apparently was misleading. When I called Autoplicity customer it took multiple calls to get a ticket ID to begin the process to return the part. After a week of daily following up I finally received instructions and mailing label to return the part. I'm still waiting for a refund.

UPDATE: I was really impressed that the item came 2 days later!!! I was anticipating a week at the least.. ordered Thursday and delivered Saturday _AWESOME
