Everything arrived well packaged and in good order... It was shipped promptly, but hey, no accounting for the snow storm in the NW... I think UPS calls it an "act of God"... Thanks

Processed and shipped fast. I was a little upset with them shipping my Eibach springs in the Eibach box, and not repackaging it. Everyone could see the box, and knew what was in it. But this will not stop me from ordering again.

I have had a very good experience with Autoplicity and will look for more parts here. I called Customer Service and they were very good and accurate with me. It was easy, they were very nice, immediate response, and great price.
