Good price over the product manufacturers web site, but item went up $18 since I found on this site last week. After receiving the Nfab nerf bars, I was disappointed in the overall fit and finish of a $300+ product.... Installation took very long because the product doesn't fit the vehicle well. By no means is this a bolt on application. I am very knowledgeable with vehicles and work in the auto industry, as well as an accomplished fabricator. Directions are vague and incomplete and generic at best. After a few modifications and some tweaking of mounting tabs, I was able to get the bars mounted and functioning as designed.

Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me.  I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site.  To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted.  I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.<br>I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!!  I must admit - I was a little worried and expected the worst? thanks again - best regards - Willis Hiscock
