Never received confirmation of product being shipped and was unable to get information from the web site. Had to call customer service (slow) where I finally got a tracking number. Other than that, good experience.

Great transaction. The bike rack was about $90 less than a local retailer, and shipping was faster than promised. I wish all internet retailers were this reliable and useful.

Good order experience although I received one confusing email from Autoplicity and had to call them to get it straight. Shipping was a little slower than I would have liked.
