Almost a perfect score! I was pleased with the customer service but knowledge about their products warranties was lacking. Other than that, the representative that I spoke with on the phone was great. He was friendly and had a good overall knowledge of the products I was asking about. Pointed me in the right direction because I couldn't be happier with my bike rack. They had the best prices, lowest shipping costs, and my order arrived a day early. Great website to work with. I will definitely be doing business again and spreading the word about Autoplicity.com.

Crazy fast shipping. By far the best price of anywhere. The thule bike rack we ordered was in stock, lowest price, easy checkout process, and the company really appears to run an organized, professional business. Very happy with the level of service. I entered my discount code 2offtotal and it did not remove 2% of the price. It was less than10 so not a big deal, but it would have been better if it worked.
