So far, they did good getting my package to me...downfall it was opened from whoever was subcontracted to send it to me. however they promptly have provided me with a return slip and we will see where it goes from there. they were quick to help fix their problem as long as i had pictures of what was wrong. still cheaper than anywhere else.

Good price but on the Google search shipping was listed as7.98 and in reality was over10.

Best price that I could find. It was real easy to order. Placed order on wed received it on Friday, doesn't get much better than that. Product looks great! <br>3/16/2012<br>Ok, product was to big for my setup needed to exchange for smaller product. They are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% Even when my product did not fall under their conditions. This is crap. False advertisement. I was ok with paying all the extra shipping fees which will be about the amount of the product when it was all said and done. So mad don't think I'm gonna mess with this company anymore. They don't practice what they preach. Beware :(<br>3/20/2012<br>OK, Update number 3.<br>Received E-mail today saying that Autoplicity would now Not Charge Me a 15% restocking fee and they were sorry for the inconvenience. This is the first time that I have ordered from Autoplicity and I will always search their site first when looking for aftermarket parts for my car. I bought an air oil separator that is normally 300 for 220! I ordered on monday and received it on thursday. I was shocked to receive it so fast. Great company and I will definitely buy from them again.
