Ordering was easy, over the phone or online i was able to find all my parts on Autoplicity conveniently and my order was shipped out in a timely manner. I had concerns that were tended to by a quick phone call and great customer services reps.

Not sure why 1 item qualified for free shipping and the other didn't. They were both in stock. One was right side and one was left side. The price dropped after I placed my order but thanks to the buySAFE I would submit for the difference.

I received my Corsa exhaust for my Sequoia today; I had issues with Autoplicity with regard to the order/availability which once brought to their attention was rectified; in the end I had to wait a little longer than expected to receive my order but it was resolved and hopefully the management learned something from this experience.
