H Beam Rods
Set of 6

Manley Performance manufactures the finest steel connecting rods in the Sport Compact industry. Our Pro Series I Beam is forged from 4340 aircraft quality vacuum degassed material. We utilize our proven Turbo Tuff design and add 3/8 ARP 2000 cap screws. All rods are properly shot peened after machining and 100% magnafluxed.

Manley Pro Series Turbo Tuff connecting rods are used by the best tuners in and outside of the United States in some of the fastest, high horsepower, heart stopping engines being produced.

H Beam Economical
For the budget conscious enthusiast, we also offer our very high quality, yet economical, H-Beam design connecting rods. These are also manufactured from 4340 alloy forgings. They are fully machined, heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, and magnafluxed. They also are built standard with 3/8 ARP 2000 bolts.

All Manley connecting rod sets, are weight matched to 1.5 grams, big and small end bores are final honed to a tolerance of .0002, critical bend and twist attributes are held to a minimum, and exacting attention is paid to every detail by our final inspection department; thus rendering a finished product that is second to none.

It has been interesting not very many parts for 1970 VW bug

Ordered a couple of items. The first was a air intake kit. I had put in all my info for my truck and chose one from the list to order. Won't fit. Called to tell them and they asked if I had called manufacturer...ummm no. Said I needed to contact them to verify wrong part. They were closed, so went to website. The part they sent me was a universal fit- for cars, not trucks, but did find right model- $90 more. Called back autoplicity and was told I need to go through email to get an RA# to return wrong part- site says I can call. Been on hold for over 20 mins and still waiting. Hope the Nerf bars I ordered fit! Update- they called me back, got my RA#. Very pleased with how Nick handled things- it was what I expected the first time. He verified the NERF bars will fit and will be changing the website so the universal intake does not show on list for vehicles with larger air outlets. Changing my rating to show my satisfaction with how it was eventually handled.
