I had to contact autoplicity as the website had the wrong description of the item. The person that was able to assist was very knowledgeable and assured me that the description would be changed. The price is right but shipping cost is high. I bought a transmission seal for $12.91 and shipping was $13.31. The box it shipped in was about 10 times bigger than the part itself. Reduce the box and reduce my shipping cost please ! Else than that the part was in good condition, it was packed right and shipping time was reasonable.
