I ordered a water pump from them and that Amazon was advertising as a Chrome pump. When I discovered it was not chrome, I asked to cancel the order which was prior to shipping notification. I was told by customer service it had already been sent and I would have to wait until the item was sent for a return to be processed. The return was sent back and all money was credited to my account as promised.

I ordered a Rhino stainless steel exhaust tip for my 2009 Chev Silverado from Autopicity. It took approximately 1 week from when I placed my order until I received it. It arrived in excellant shape and was exactly as indicated. The part was very good quality and easy to install.
