I just finished a transaction with this company and decided to write my very first post, based upon my experience with them. To be honest, a few short hours ago I was wary of how this would turn out. There had been a miscommunication with shipping and it started to go down hill. Lo and behold, something happened that is rare today. The company, from top to bottom put all of their efforts together, communicated with me even during a Holiday and rectified the situation. Not only would I recommend Autoplicity to others but implore potential customers to use them confidently. Initially I was somewhat disappointed with this site's turnaround between the purchase and shipping dates (aprox 3 days) on my merchandise. After vocalizing about the issue autoplicity's customer service actually approached me to correct the problem. With other such issues from other online stores I have had to track down someone to contact for help and then go through an ordeal to obtain assistance. I would use this site again based solely on their proactive service.

Ordered on the 4th, Paid for basic shipping, got it on the 6th. Hard to complain with those shipping times. The only problem I had was I didn't get any confirmation of shipping till the day it arrived at my house. Other then that, I would buy from them again!
