The Garrett GT28 Medium Frame Turbocharger offers a huge selection of journal bearing turbos, housing options, and our proven patented ball-bearing turbos. Wastegated or free-floating; the quick spooling GT28 can make 170 to 480 hp and suited for smaller displacement motors.

Garretts ball bearing cartridge has proven its worth in the highest level of motorsports where it has been the bearing system of choice in CART FEDEX ChampCar Series, 24 Hours of Le Mans, Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, World Rally Championship, and most recently Drag Racing. These premier racing customers demand no less than the best in durability, reliability, and power on demand. One key contributor to this performance lies in the ball bearing cartridge where it is, by design, surrounded by a thin film of oil. The oil film damps out destructive vibrations that would otherwise compromise turbo durability.

A clear demonstration of the inherent superiority of Garretts ball bearing design is in the launch of a turbocharged drag race car. The two-step rev limiters used to build boost on the line expose the turbo to the harshest imaginable conditions of pressure spikes and scorching temperatures. Faster shipping than I expected. Easy order process. The ignition switch was my problem and Autoplicity part was exactly what I needed at a price better than anyone else had, with shipping included. I will definitely look to them again when I need any more parts for my Monte Carlo SS.<br>Only slight negative would be it took a few days to get an email with tracking number so I would know when my part would come. But once I got it, found it was coming sooner than I originally thought, which was great.

So I have an old car. It's and 83, seven years older than me. I'm also a student so I don't have much money and need to make as many repairs myself to save money. I go out to the local pep boys and auto zone to to try to find a repair manual that is for my old model but it's not available. I check online and there are very few copies on line. Autoplicity had the right manual at the lowest price by a good margin. <br><br>TLDR; Autoplicity has EVERYTHING and at a cheaper price
