PICTURE ON WEB PAGE IS VERY CONFUSING TO WHAT I WANTED TO ORDER- AFTER RECEIVING ITEM, NOT WHAT I NEEDED. THE REP ON THE PHONE WAS HELPFUL TO FIND CORRECT ITEM I WILL BE PLACING ORDER FOR THAT ITEM( WHICH I WOULD NOT HAVE THOUGHT WAS CORRECT BY PICTURE ON WEBSITE). Easier to order then the tire store and the lowest price online, even lower then Walmart! Other online sources tried to sell me an R rated tire when my vehicle calls for S rated. Sounds like no big deal until you are in a warranty issue. Even Sears online suggested an R rated tired. Way to go Autoplicity true to the name SIMPLE!

The item purchased was found to be the best price on the market. Your customer service rechecked the items photo to the model # listed as the on screen photo was not the representative photo match. The rep was able to describe the correct unit photo for purchase. The correct Horizontal Propane Tank was received and filled w/ no issues. The only problem was the actual freight handling, as the tank handle was delivered damaged/ bent and its box top broken inward. Instead of returning the item of need, I was able to rebend the handle back into its original shape. The handle weld was not broken.

Shopping was fast, easy, and much cheaper than other parts stores. Update after receiving: The part was not an exact fit, but I was able to sand down the back right side so that the bolt in the corner would fit. Otherwise, a great replacement.
