Great product as described but I did have to repaint them because there was some rust showing through the paint

On the whole good but i didn't receive the product I thought I was ordering, I assume this was my error but not clear on the website.

Autoplicity was the only place that had my part in stock, and I could see a live up to date number of stock for my item. Everywhere else I looked was going to be 2 weeks to 1 month before they could even ship my item, and autoplicity had 7 of them in stock! Fast easy PayPal checkout too! Awesome experience! Shopping experience was good. The delivery company, Estes, kept bumping my delivery for 4 days. Finally had to call to get delivery.

The site was awesome to use and the prices are great as well. All of my items came undamaged though one of my drum brakes arrived dusty and unwrapped in its box- but it was still in good condition. My only complaint is that my order was all set to arrive by the Friday before Christmas and pieces of my order didn't arrive until after Christmas. Also online it says that those particular items didn't ship (maybe that factory was just slow to update their tracking info). I tried to contact autoplicity, but they were understandably closed for the holidays then by the time they reopened my order was already in hand. Overall, the pros outweigh the one con and I will order from them again.

We ordered a Thule 9003 Raceway 2-bike rack for my 2011 Honda Civic and it arrived in 2 days. We were very surprised at the fast service. I also had my thoughts that it wouldn't be the exact name brand product I was looking for and a off brand but the same type and I have to say it was exactly the product I wanted. The price was great too. I researched several dealers and Autoplicity was the lowest price at $100 less than others and that included the shipping. I would definitely order from Autoplicity again.

Recently placed an order for some head studs for my car. They were much less expensive at autoplicity than elsewhere. I was surprised I hadn't heard anything back after a couple days, but was reassured that orders are processed within 24 business hours (3 days), not 24 hours (which I misread in my confirmation email). Just received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number today.

I have had a very good experience with Autoplicity and will look for more parts here. I called Customer Service and they were very good and accurate with me. It was easy, they were very nice, immediate response, and great price.
