The one star for customer service is not necessarily anyone's fault. I received 1/2 of my order, sent in a request for information on the other 1/2 but never received a reply. However, the rest of the order did show up the next day

I couldn't find the part anywhere, without having to send in my distributor to be rebuilt. You guys came through huge having it in stock and delivering it within only a few days. Thanks!!

Website was easy to navigate and gave good details about the product with an appreciated option to do a vehicle fit varificayion before buying. Unfortunately the part I was buying increase in price $14 between the time I started looking and the time I bought. Oh well - snooze you loose.
