ARP 230-7004 Engine Oil Pump

The best way to ensure that your oil pump will stay in place is to use this oil pump stud kit from ARP. Oil pump studs are rated at 170000 psi tensile strength.

You've probably heard a horror story about someone losing an engine when the oil pump fell off into the pan because of a broken bolt. Now you can put your mind at ease by using an ARP premium grade oil pump stud kit. Manufactured from chrome moly steel with a black oxide finish, these studs are nominally rated at 170,000 psi tensile strength to provide you with plenty of clamping force. In addition to the studs, this kit also includes washers and compact 12-point style nuts. These inexpensive fasteners could literally save your engine.
