The Wiseco K615M865AP is a complete forged piston kit engineered for the Toyota 3S-GTE 2.0L 16-valve turbocharged engine. Featuring an 86.50mm bore (+0.5mm oversize) and a -6cc dished crown, this kit is purpose-built for boosted applications including turbocharged street and competition builds.

Manufactured from 2618 aluminum alloy using Wiseco's advanced forging process, these pistons deliver exceptional strength, tighter tolerances, and superior heat resistance compared to cast alternatives. Each piston features Wiseco's ArmorGlide® anti-friction skirt coating to minimize cylinder wall friction and reduce scuffing during break-in.

Precision ring grooves are CNC-machined to exacting tolerances for maximum ring seal, minimizing blow-by and oil consumption. Generous valve pocket design ensures maximum flow around the valves in the 4-valve-per-cylinder head. All pistons are engineered, forged, and machined at Wiseco's manufacturing facility in Mentor, Ohio, USA.
