Wiseco Pistons K550M86AP Forged Piston Kit 86mm 8.3:1 CR Toyota 2JZGTE

The Wiseco K550M86AP is a high-performance forged piston kit specifically engineered for Toyota 2JZGTE 3.0L 24-valve turbocharged engines. This complete 6-piston kit features an 86.00mm bore diameter with an 8.3:1 compression ratio, making it an ideal choice for street performance and moderate boost applications.

Key Features:

• Forged aluminum construction for superior strength and durability
• 86.00mm (3.386") bore diameter with 1.338" (34mm) compression height
• Dish design with -14.8cc volume optimized for 8.3:1 compression ratio
• ArmorPlate coating with bronze-colored tint increases ring groove durability, prevents micro-welding, and combats detonation
• 22mm (.866") heavy-duty tool steel wrist pins included
• Gas-ported design with coated asymmetric skirt for reduced friction
• Crown thickness and ring lands designed for power-adders including turbos, superchargers, and nitrous oxide
• Complete kit includes high-quality piston rings, wrist pins, and lock clips

Wiseco's advanced forging process and extensive heat-treating procedures ensure maximum reliability and performance. Each piston undergoes multiple finishing processes to deliver tighter tolerances than standard pistons, with less required machining. The ArmorPlate coating raises aluminum hardness, increases ring groove durability, reduces carbon buildup, and provides superior resistance to detonation-induced corrosion. Average piston weight is 331 grams. This kit is designed for Toyota Supra and other vehicles equipped with the 2JZGTE engine platform.
