Product Details

The QA1 Precision Products 2698-2 is a high-performance 26 Series monotube shock absorber engineered for superior handling and control in racing and performance applications. This large body steel monotube shock features QA1's innovative hyperscrew technology for precise ride height adjustment without compromising shock performance.

Key Specifications:

  • Compressed length: 15.4 inches
  • Extended length: 24.63 inches
  • Travel: 9.23 inches
  • Monotube design for consistent performance and superior heat dissipation
  • Large body steel construction for maximum durability
  • Eyelet-to-eyelet mounting configuration (both top and bottom)
  • Valving: 8-2 (8 compression / 2 rebound)
  • Integrated hyperscrew for independent ride height adjustment

The monotube design provides excellent heat dissipation and consistent damping characteristics, making this shock ideal for demanding applications where predictable handling is critical. The 8-2 valving provides firm compression control with softer rebound for improved traction and stability. The eyelet mounting style offers a robust connection point and allows for easy installation with spherical bearings or bushings.

On Monday I placed an order for a Moroso Battery Switch (which was competitively priced BTW) and sitting here Wed afternoon I've got my switch in hand. Autoplicity was perfect every step of the way, including immediate notification of the order receipt, notification of shipment, even notification that it had been delivered (and it was waiting on my front porch). Packing was suitable too. Couldn't be happier. Buy with confidence. Kev

Thanks. Best price + shipping I found.

Quick turnaround and the best prices on the web!

easy to find what you need easy checkout I liked it

Autoplicity had the lowest listing price for a part which I had done extensive research. To make the deal much sweeter, free shipping! On top of that, part was delivered in only a few days! Really, there was no reason NOT to order from them. Great prices and fast response are the reasons why I look forward to continued business with Autoplicity. Overall a positive experience, so I highly recommend.

Excellent prices, inventory and fast service. I placed my order on Saturday, Aug 4, it was shipped on Monday, Aug 6, and due to arrive on Friday. I will be a repeat customer with prices and service like this.

Very good price on k&n air filter, will definitely order from autoplicity again.

In a rush to get my car up and running, Autoplicity had the best price on the items I needed, and in stock as well as shipped quickly. Just what I was looking for, thanks!

I did a price comparison for hard-to-find Redline motor and tranmission oil of over 30 different vendors and websites through Amazon, E-bay, Google, etc. and Autoplicity had the best price by 25-30%. It was a no-brainer to order from them, and their website is easy search and manage. And their shipping charges aren't too bad either.
