These valves are manufactured using Manley's HT (Higher Hardness Tip) treatment, which extends tip life under aggressive valvetrain loads. The one-piece forged construction follows the natural grain flow of the titanium billet — a critical advantage over head-welded alternatives — resulting in superior fatigue strength and long-term durability.
