Product Details

The QA1 Precision Products JNR5S is a precision-engineered steel jam nut designed for securing rod ends, suspension components, and threaded fasteners in high-performance and motorsport applications. This low-profile jam nut features right-hand 5/16-24 threads and provides a reliable locking solution to prevent loosening under vibration and stress.

Key Specifications:

  • Thread Size: 5/16-24 right-hand (RH) thread pattern
  • Hex Size: 1/2" hex for standard wrench fitment
  • Width: 3/16" (low-profile design)
  • Material: High-strength steel construction
  • Finish: Standard steel finish for corrosion resistance

QA1 jam nuts are manufactured to precise tolerances to ensure proper thread engagement and maximum holding power. The compact 3/16" width makes this jam nut ideal for applications where space is limited, such as adjustable suspension linkages, steering components, and racing chassis assemblies. Compatible with QA1 rod ends and other components using 5/16-24 thread specifications.

Easy

Good prices and easy ordering process (order #18003). The only issue that I had was after placing the order, completing the entire process, I received three emails stating that "We noticed that you started checking out on our site, but didn't quite finish the process". After calling customer service, they ensured me that the order was complete. Since then, I receive the same email(3 emails at a time) on a daily basis. Just a little annoying, but easy enough to delete.

I placed an order for Race Ramps and not only were they the best price I could find, but the shipping time was excellent as well!

The ordering was very easy and shipped quickly but sadly I made a big mistake as I ordered the wrong part. I would like to return the part if possible. Thank you.
