Cometic C4235-075 MLS Cylinder Head Gasket 87mm Bore Mitsubishi 4G63 4G63T

The Cometic C4235-075 is a high-performance Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for Mitsubishi 4G63 and 4G63T DOHC engines. This precision gasket features an 87mm bore diameter and .075" (1.9mm) compressed thickness, making it ideal for both stock and modified applications.

Key Features:

• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction provides superior sealing and durability under high boost and extreme cylinder pressures
• 87mm bore diameter accommodates stock and slightly overbored engine builds
• .075" compressed thickness allows for precise compression ratio tuning
• Designed for DOHC 4G63/4G63T engines (excludes Evolution 4-9 models)
• Engineered to handle the thermal expansion and contraction of high-performance turbocharged engines
• Eliminates leak paths between cylinder head and engine block

Cometic's MLS gaskets feature multiple layers of stainless steel with elastomeric coatings that micro-seal imperfections in the sealing surfaces. This gasket is compatible with Mitsubishi applications including DSM (Diamond Star Motors) vehicles and earlier Evolution models, providing reliable sealing for street, track, and racing applications.
