Product Details

ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Series rear shock absorbers are precision-engineered for 2007-2018 GM 1500 trucks with 0-1.5" of lift, delivering exceptional off-road performance and smooth on-road ride quality. These application-specific shocks feature custom length and damping tuning optimized for your vehicle's suspension geometry and weight characteristics.

Key Features:

  • 2.5-inch bore piggyback reservoir design for enhanced oil capacity and cooling
  • Billet 6061 aluminum manifold positioned below the top cap creates an internal Bump Zone
  • Bump Zone technology provides an additional 20% damping force to prevent harsh bottom-outs during high-velocity compression
  • 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable construction for long-term serviceability
  • Application-specific valving tuned for GM 1500 rear suspension
  • Sold as a pair for complete rear axle coverage

These Vehicle Specific shocks represent ICON's commitment to application-focused engineering, providing a significant upgrade over stock dampers without the complexity of external reservoir routing. For users seeking adjustable compression damping, consider upgrading to ICON's CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) equipped models or the Omega Series bypass shocks for ultimate tunability.
