Product Details

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 27725P is a pair of Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Series rear shock absorbers engineered specifically for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models with 3-inch lift applications. These piggyback shocks deliver exceptional off-road performance while maintaining excellent on-road ride quality through application-specific length and damping tuning.

Key Features:

  • 100% rebuildable and revalveable construction for long-term serviceability
  • Piggyback reservoir design with 6061 billet aluminum manifold positioned below the top cap
  • Internal Bump Zone technology provides 20% additional damping force to prevent harsh bottom-outs
  • High-velocity compression control for aggressive off-road driving
  • Application-specific valving tuned for Jeep Wrangler JK suspension geometry
  • Compatible with ICON Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) for user-adjustable tuning
  • Sold as a pair for complete rear axle coverage

ICON's V.S. 2.5 Series shocks represent a significant upgrade over stock dampers, offering the adjustability and performance of a premium shock system with the convenience of a pre-tuned, bolt-on solution. The piggyback reservoir increases fluid and gas capacity for improved heat dissipation during extended off-road use, while the internal Bump Zone technology helps control harsh impacts without sacrificing low-speed ride comfort.
