Product Details

Featuring a 3.572-inch bore diameter and a 1.200-inch compression distance (pin-to-deck height), these pistons are precision-machined to exacting tolerances for consistent power delivery and long-term reliability under demanding conditions.

Manley's diamond-like carbon (DLC) skirt coating reduces friction between the piston and cylinder wall, improving ring seal, lowering operating temperatures, and extending component life — particularly valuable in forced-induction and high-RPM applications. The dish-top design allows tuners to precisely dial in compression ratio when used with appropriate cylinder heads and gaskets.

Key Features:

  • Bore Diameter: 3.572 inches
  • Compression Distance (CD): 1.200 inches (pin-to-deck height)
  • Top Configuration: Dish top for compression ratio optimization
  • Skirt Coating: Friction-reducing DLC/moly coating for reduced wear and improved sealing
  • Construction: High-strength forged aluminum alloy
  • Manufacturer: Manley Performance — a trusted name in professional-grade engine components

Manley Performance has been a leading manufacturer of high-performance engine components for over 50 years, supplying professional race teams and serious enthusiasts alike. The 595520C-8 pistons are built to meet the rigorous demands of performance street, strip, and track applications.
