The Weld Racing Alumastar 2.0 drag racing wheel (part number 88-616278UB) is a 16x16 forged aluminum wheel with a black finish. It has the five-spoke look that has made the Alumastar 2.0 one of the most recognized wheels in drag racing.

Key Features:

  • Five-spoke forged aluminum center with cold-forged aluminum rim construction
  • Size: 16 in. diameter x 16 in. width
  • Backspacing: 4.00 in.
  • Black version, offered only in the 16x16 size
  • Accepts 5/8 in. wheel studs; lug mount wheels use .680 in. diameter mag shank lug nuts or 5/8 in. drive studs
  • Meets and exceeds SFI 15.1 requirements, and NHRA-accepted in all classes
  • Made in the U.S.A.

Please note: Center caps and valve stems are not included.

Weld designed the Alumastar 2.0 for strip use. It is strong and stable, and lighter than a cast wheel.
