The Weld Racing Wheels 86B-516278MP Magnum Drag 2.0 is a 3-piece forged aluminum drag racing wheel built for rear-wheel use on the strip. Weld's engineering and design team based it on their Magnum PRO drag wheels. They positioned it as a non-Nitro/Promod alternative to the Magnum PRO rear wheels, for sportsman and Pro Stock-style drag cars.

Key Features:

  • 3-piece construction: polished aluminum rim shells with forged 6061-T6 centers, for a lighter and more durable rear drag wheel
  • Weight-optimized design: a lighter alternative to cast wheels that still has the structural integrity needed for strip use
  • SFI compliance: Magnum Drag 2.0 wheels meet and exceed SFI 15.1 requirements
  • Double-rolled outer rim lips: for added strength, straighter running and better screw retention
  • Stud and lug compatibility: accepts a 5/8 in. wheel stud
  • Made in the U.S.A.

Please note: center caps and valve stems are not included. This wheel is intended for drag racing and not for street use.

Weld Racing builds the Magnum Drag 2.0 for racers who want a balanced, consistent wheel with very little run-out. It suits sportsman door cars, roadsters and dragsters.

Well, I'll start with saying this...I wanted a specific product from COBB tuning that they sell. It was priced lower than any other company so I bought it. This happened on the 22nd, I ended up calling them almost a week later to request tracking info. They were very friendly when they notified me it wouldn't be able to ship out till the 3rd of feb. For a 2 lb item I thought this was pretty slow. They apologized for COBB holding the order up. Its now the 7th, should get my item today!! Overall its a good company with friendly employees, Shipping time is lacking but a trade off for the lowest price. I would refer a friend for price and also mention shipping time expectations. I do believe there's something to be said for quality customer service and low prices...It's becoming harder and harder to find companies that posses such qualities. Honestly, if they had a faster shipping method I would give them a perfect rating.<br>
