It follows the race-winning heritage of the Weld Magnum 2.0 and AlumaStar 2.0, and Weld describes it as the result of almost a year of design and engineering work. It is built for drag strip use, where the goal is a lighter, stronger wheel that helps cut quarter-mile times.
