I ordered a component from another online retailer who showed parts "in stock" only to see my status as "sent to warehouse" and it was weeks. This was my first order with Autoplicity. Their prices were great, and the ordering process very easy. I was a little frustrated at first, as the order didn't arrive as expected. When I called, it took a little work, but I finally got the info that it was shipping from the manufacturer, and did get the tracking info. The parts arrived when tracking said it should. Would I place another order with Autoplicity? Short answer is yes!

Ordered some special Axles which required Factory shipping. Order was processed efficiently, and axles were shipped from factory in 2 work days. Excellent service, good followup on the order. Definitely a good source for parts.

Good communication, very slow shipping. Placed my order on 3/8/12 it didn't even ship until 3/20/12. Then another 4 to 5 days after that for it to arrive.
