QA1 MCML6S CM Series Carbon Steel Male Rod End 2-Piece Economy Mohawk Style

The QA1 MCML6S is a CM Series 2-piece economy style male rod end, commonly known as a Mohawk-style rod end. This design uses just two components — the ball and the body — making it a lightweight and cost-effective solution for a wide range of suspension, steering, and linkage applications.

The body is swaged around the ball on each side to securely lock it in place, eliminating the need for a retainer ring or additional hardware. This construction keeps the assembly compact and reduces overall weight without sacrificing strength or durability.

Key Features:

• 2-piece Mohawk-style economy rod end design
• Carbon steel construction for strength and durability
• Male stud configuration for straightforward installation
• Swaged body locks the ball in place — no retainer ring required
• CM Series designation indicating a standard carbon steel, non-studded male shank design
• Suitable for motorsport, racing, and performance suspension applications

QA1 rod ends are manufactured to precise tolerances, ensuring smooth articulation and reliable performance under demanding conditions. The MCML6S is an excellent choice for builders and fabricators looking for a dependable, economical rod end for custom suspension links, panhard bars, tie rods, and other chassis components.
