QA1 27A955-10M Monotube Steel Shock Absorber 10.13-15.67 Inch IMCA Legal

The QA1 27A955-10M is a high-performance monotube steel shock absorber from the 27A Series, engineered specifically for racing applications requiring IMCA-legal sealed construction. This stock-mount shock features a zinc-plated steel body for superior corrosion resistance and durability in demanding track conditions.

Key Features:

• Zinc-plated steel monotube body for maximum durability and corrosion resistance
• 46mm hard anodized piston for consistent performance and longevity
• Sealed Hyperscrew design meets IMCA Southern Sport Mod regulations
• Compressed length: 10.13 inches / Extended length: 15.67 inches
• Stud top mount with T-bar bottom configuration
• 5-10M linear valving for predictable suspension control
• 100% dyno tested and serialized for quality assurance
• Made in the USA

The 27A Series utilizes linear valving technology that provides complete suspension control at low shaft speeds without creating excessive forces at high velocities. This design delivers a more stable vehicle and allows drivers to better feel how the car is reacting. Popular among street stocks, hobby stocks, mini stocks, and other racing classes requiring stock-mount shocks, the 27 Series works like QA1's proven 26 Series but with stock mounting options. These shocks are rebuildable and revalveable by QA1 authorized service centers.
