Product Details

The QA1 27A954-11M is a large-body steel monotube shock absorber from QA1's 27A Series — a stock mount racing shock designed for circle track competitors. Featuring a sealed Hyperscrew valving design, this shock is IMCA legal for Southern Sport Mod and other classes requiring a sealed, stock-mount shock.

Key Features:

  • Zinc-plated steel body for excellent corrosion resistance in all track conditions
  • 46mm hard anodized piston for durability and consistent damping performance
  • Sealed Hyperscrew (27A Series) — IMCA Southern Sport Mod legal
  • Stud/T-Bar top mount — stock mount design for direct OEM-style fitment
  • Valving: 4-11M — matched compression and rebound tuning for predictable handling
  • Compressed length: 10.13 in. | Extended length: 15.67 in.
  • Monotube design delivers consistent performance on both dirt and asphalt tracks
  • Popular choice for street stocks, hobby stocks, mini stocks, and other stock-mount shock classes

The 27A Series builds on QA1's proven 26 Series monotube platform, adding a stock mount configuration that fits a wide range of circle track race cars without chassis modification. The Hyperscrew damping curve delivers complete control at low shaft speeds without generating extreme forces at high shaft velocities, providing a balanced, predictable feel lap after lap.

Great prices! Couldn't find anyone else even close.

Easy, fast shipping and great prices!

Best prices, fast shipping, good service. Thank you!

Please remove from listing the items that are discontinued. I had to order to find out the manufacturer has discontinued the item over 1 year ago. Had my truck in the shop waiting for the item only to find out after a week the item is not available.

Buying at ease with amazon pay

Quick and easy.great price

I am so pleased! Autoplicity had the best price by far for the item I ordered. I was not familiar with them so having the Paypal option was perfect. Over all I saved $30 on an item that was close to $100. Shipping was VERY reasonable and quick. I ordered my item on Saturday. They shipped it right away and I received it on Wednesday. I am definitely an Autoplicity fan and will recommend them to my friends not to mention our mechanic. He found the item I wanted on sale through another major company. Just to double check, I searched online and Autoplicity blew that company out of the water with their pricing and service for the exact same item. Very nice!

Easy checkout and could actually FIND the part. The only other thing I would want is a install picture. Just to make sure I was buying the right item.

Shipped in a fair amount of time and customer service was easy to contact.

Fast shipping, the exhaust fit perfectly and sounds great!

Autoplicity best price on the web,FAST delivery, ordered wed. afternoon and received friday. AAAA++ RATING Will be ording from in the near future.

This is the first time I've ordered from this site, but things look good from what I can tell so far. They had the parts I was looking for (including a fairly specialized racing part) for a price slightly lower than other places I had looked, and my order shipped the next business day. At the time I wrote this, they were also offering $5 back on my order for writing a review. ;-)

cool site i actually got the part for 1/3 the cost and free shipping pretty rad!

I will use this site for all my "hard to find" car parts!!!!
