The QA1 27A944-11M is a 27A Series stock mount monotube shock absorber designed for circle track racing applications. Built with a zinc plated steel body and a 46mm hard anodized piston, this shock delivers maximum suspension control across all shaft velocities while offering the corrosion resistance and durability demanded by competitive racing environments.

The 27A Series features a Sealed Hyperscrew configuration, making it IMCA legal for Southern Sport Mod and other sanctioned classes that require sealed shocks. The sealed hyperscrew design uses a threaded port near the bearing end of the body, sealed with an O-ring screw to lock in nitrogen gas pressure. Gas pressure adjustments on sealed hyperscrew units are performed exclusively by QA1 or QA1 Authorized Rebuilders in compliance with sanctioning body rules.
