QA1 27A886-3M Steel Monotube Shock Absorber 12.8" Compressed 21.38" Extended IMCA

The QA1 27A886-3M is a high-performance monotube shock absorber from QA1's 27 Series, designed for stock mount applications in racing and performance vehicles. This sealed shock features a durable zinc-plated steel body for corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance in demanding conditions.

Key Features:

• Monotube design with 46mm hard anodized piston for superior heat dissipation and consistent damping
• 12.8" compressed length, 21.38" extended length for precise fitment
• Stud top mount with polyurethane V-base (6-3M) for flexible mounting options
• IMCA-legal sealed configuration for competitive racing applications
• Zinc-plated steel body construction resists corrosion and provides structural strength
• Large body diameter delivers increased oil capacity and improved cooling
• Pre-valved for optimal performance right out of the box

The 27 Series builds on QA1's proven 26 Series design while offering enhanced features and performance. The monotube construction ensures consistent damping characteristics by keeping oil and gas separated, while the hard anodized piston provides a wear-resistant surface for extended service life. Ideal for dirt track racing, circle track, and other high-performance applications where IMCA compliance is required.
